MONTHLY MEETINGS

Tacoma Historical Society holds monthly forums the second Monday of each month, at 7 pm.

Local historians are featured as speakers. This program offers presentations on a wide variety of subjects based on extensive research.

In July and August, the Society generally schedules walking tours in historic parts of town.

BOARD MEETINGS

The Tacoma Historical Society Board of Directors meets the first Tuesday of each month, 6-8 pm. Society members and friends of Tacoma history are welcome to attend.

CEDAR STREET

The Society maintains offices at 3712 S. Cedar St., near Tacoma Mall.
This location is used as a research center, storage for our growing collection, work space,  and meeting space for monthly meetings of the Board of Directors and other committees.

The facility is ordinarily open from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Researchers may make arrangements to search our collection  of bound volumes of Tacoma newspapers.
