Annual Tacoma Veterans Day Celebration

Tacoma Historical Society is honored to once again join with the Edward B. Rhodes-Parkland American Legion Post #2 in sponsoring our annual Tacoma Veterans Day Celebration. The event is free and all are welcome to attend. An outdoor event, it will proceed rain or shine.

Colonel (Ret.) Andy Leneweaver will provide a welcome and opening remarks. This year's keynote speaker is Brigadier General (Ret.) Oscar Hilman. Music will be provided by the 133rd Washington Army National Guard Band. Colors will be presented by a combined Junior ROTC Color Guard from Henry Foss High School (Air Force JROTC) and Stadium High School (Navy JROTC).
